We have an extensive portfolio of unique and exciting home plans available
for your consideration. You can build one of these plans as drawn, or you
can adapt a plan to your own specifications to better suit your needs and
taste.
We'll help you find the floorplan that best suits your lifestyle and that
will work well on your site. Our team of professionals will carefully listen
and customize the home design to best fit you and your family.
Design And Build A New, Unique Custom Home
For those who want to start with their imagination, we offer a complete
design/build service. We'll work with you every step of the way from concept
to closing.
- Site Inspection. We personally inspect your home site to help
determine what type of home
is best suited for the site and what will work most economically.
- Office Conference. We start with an overview of the program.
Then, using our design
questionnaire, we discuss your ideas and thoughts. We'll show you
examples of existing plans and
provide you with estimated prices.
- Review Solution. We will show you pencil sketches of plans that fit
the site and basic design
specifications.
- Services Agreement Signed. At this point, the basic plans are
approved, initial deposits are
collected and we sign a services agreement before proceeding with
actual floorplans.
- Block-Out Drawings. We provide you with an artist's rendering of the
front elevation and
drawings of the home from other angles. We will also provide a
computerized estimate of the
home's cost, plus or minus 10 percent.
- Architectural Drawings. You provide funding for a complete set of
architectural drawings which
will be used for computing the final price of the home. You will
receive this final price
approximately two weeks after these drawings are completed.
- Acceptance and Approval. Upon receipt of the final price, we enter
into a formal agreement to
begin construction on your home.
Live Where You Want With Our "Tear Down/Build New" Program
In addition to working with people who already own land, a growing number of
clients want to live in particular neighborhoods where there are no
available building sites. Now, Hayden Custom Homes can make it possible!
You select the neighborhood where you want to live and we contact and
negotiate with current property owners in that neighborhood for the best
possible site. We may even have some homesites in highly desireable,
close-in neighborhoods available for our custom home buyers.
We meet with you and review the site to see if your dream home will work on
that site. If so, negotiations for the purchase of the property are
completed and we begin planning the construction of your new home. Then, we
demolish any existing structures on the property and build your new custom
home.
Whether you choose an existing home design from our portfolio or we design a
home from scratch just for you, you'll have the home of your dreams in the
neighborhood you desire.
