We begin with a "Let's Get Started" meeting to review and explain the homebuilding process so you have a clear and precise vision of the path ahead. Next, your Hayden Homes contract
administrator will carefully guide you through a logical sequence of events to assist you in selecting the colors and options that will make this the home of your dreams within your budget.
Prior to the start of construction, your project manager meets with you to explain all aspects of the building timeline and every detail of your home, room by room, inside and out. Your project manager meets with you again before the installation of the drywall and walks you through your new home to explain the construction details, so you understand the quality and value of a Hayden home.
Our comprehensive approach to customer service extends through the closing of your home and beyond. Two weeks prior to closing, you will meet with the community manager to prepare for the upcoming closing. Then again, one week before closing you will meet with your project manager in your completed home for a "New Home Orientation," which is basically an "owner's manual" tour that demonstrates all appliances and systems within your home.
Finally, a post-closing tour is scheduled with your customer service representative to assist in making any necessary adjustments in your home after you have moved in.
